Recreational FAQ
Q. What is the cost of registration?
A. Registration cost is $90 per season. We will provide a full uniform, which includes jersey, shorts, and socks. You will need to provide cleats and shin guards. A late registration fee of $10 is applicable once we get close to forming teams. Check the registration page before each season for dates and deadlines.
Difficulty paying? - We have partnered with Every Kids Sports. Please visit their site for more information at https://everykidsports.org/
Q. Can I get a refund if I cancel?
- You can cancel at anytime before the season starts and receive a refund minus a $10 processing fee per player.
- After the season starts, no refunds will be made.
Q. When will my child have practice and when are games played?
That depends on your child's division and coach. Practice schedules are determined by the Volunteer Coaches availability.
The Pre-K and Kindergarten programs meet on Saturdays for one hour. At times the coaches may have an additional practice during the week.
All other divisions should practice once or twice a week and will play matches on Saturday.
All our coaches are volunteers and set their own practice times. We cannot tell you when your child will be practicing until your child is placed on a team. The coach will then contact you with all of the practice details.
First games of the day start at 9:00am and subsequent games start every 75 minutes throughout the day. Once your child is placed on a team, and the schedule is published, you will know all the game times for the season. The season schedule is published approximately one week before opening day and is available to all parents on our website.
Q. Do I have to live in Winslow Township for my child to play for WTYSA?
No. WTYSA is an open club which means that you do not have to live here to play here. We have many out of town players. Kids come from many surrounding communities such as Pine Hill, Berlin, Monroe, Sicklerville, Atco, Hammonton, Waterford and others.

- Coaches will then be able to email and chat with the team within the app.

Q. Can I make a special request for my child to be placed on a team with a specific coach or with other friends?
We make EVERY effort to make sure the soccer experience is fun filled and awesome for each child. We will attempt to make every concession but we cannot guarantee any team/player/coach requests. Teams are form through a draft process. The coaches pick players in an orderly and fair process.
We can forward request to the division commissioner before the draft, but there are no guarantees.
